We loved the food at this place. Great place to eat before we went shopping.

Super cute place. Close to downtown Covington. The food was good came around brunch town. Plenty of space. The parking is a little tight when its packed. We got the grits and green eggs and ham. Everything was amazing. We also got mardi gras themed mimosas which were delicious. The decor for this place was so cute its perfect for a girls date with all your girlfriends.

I love their salads. Very large in size and delicious. Tonight's was the pesto pasta salad. I added the grilled chicken this time. You can add shrimp. We ate outside tonight. It was beautiful. Covington is such a beautiful town.

Amazing food! Was great for casual conversation was not very crowded which was a plus for anyone who wanted to study here.

I love this place!!! I drive across the causeway for this spot. The food is so tasty, and I enjoy the environment. This is my go-to spot when meeting with friends on the North Shore.

I think they invented health food in Covington and all their stuff is seemingly very healthy- maybe too healthy (I had to add butter to several items). It's a counter service place and they can be quick or slow. Their baked goods are too good.

After living in the area for over a year now, I think I finally found my favorite coffee place/cafe! Excellent food, fantastic coffee, and amazing customer service. Would recommend! 👌

I did like this place until todayI ordered shrimp Alfredo it came out dry I asked for a little bit of Alfredo sauceI was informed that I'd have to pay a upcharge that really aggravated me.Pleasing the customer is not important to them. So I'll take my business elsewhere.

Food is fresh, but the taste is average and the price is high in comparison. It's very much like a Panera Bread or Zoes Kitchen, but I think they have larger meals, like pastas and such. I've only been twice, it's just not a place for me.

Good place for a group to meet for breakfast. Quiet, excellent service. Handicap parking works on Lee Lane on that size as it has no curb. Ramp is in front of cafe.

I go here almost every time I go to Covington. I love the Summer Fruit salad, it has this super yummy poppy seed dressing. Very relaxed, cute atmosphere. It's the perfect place to go to get a coffee and a salad on the weekend.

First time visiting this restaurant today, and other than the extraordinary crowd (Black Friday), everything was great! Plan to visit again.

Unplanned stop for lunch that was very pleasant and quite delicious. I got a Chicken Santa Fe Salad wirh a Sugar Free Frozen Caramel coffee and my wife got Hummus. Borh were quite delucious, alrhough I preferred mine over hers! Will definitely be back for more. Rhey serve breakfast ( which we live to eat out) and lunch. Coffee is excellent also! Must try!

The food is always fresh, it comes out exactly how you order it, service is great, and the Covington location has an amazing laid back refreshing vibe. Definitely recommend to anyone as their menu has a little something on it for all diet types.

The food is delicious and a healthy choice for a quick meal. Customer service is great, but the restaurant is extremely crowded during lunch hours. It's easiest to just pick up your food and eat elsewhere.

Staff and food here are always great. Love the Super 7 salad and tried the Eat Fit chicken salad sandwich. It was delicious.
